The view from Mt Nebo. This is the Mt where Moses looked out over the Promised Land and saw the Land of "Milk and Honey".
This is also near where Moses and Elijah were translated. (there are a couple churches built there in honor of where they think Moses died and was buried. We know better though.....)

Numbers 21: 8-9
"And the Lord said unto Moses, Make thee a fiery serpent, and set it upon a pole: and it shall come to pass, that every one that is bitten, when he looketh upon it, shall live.
And Moses made a serpent of brass, and put it upon a pole, and it came to pass, that if a serpent had bitten any man, when he beheld the serpent of brass, he lived."
I love Alma 33 which shows that the serpent was a type of Christ.
vs. 19: "Behold, he (Christ) was spoken of by Moses; yea, and behold a type was raised up in the wilderness, that whosoever would look upon it might live. And many did look and live."
